If you desire to lease or purchase a commercial space, the Anderson Brothers welcome the opportunity to be your real estate agents. Our combined experiences as real estate agents, attorneys, and local businessmen/tenants who have dealt with landlords continuously since 2005 render us uniquely qualified to represent you and your business in its real estate search.

In the last few months, we have located and negotiated leases for 1) an office space for a law firm at Greenville and SMU Boulevard; 2) a warehouse in Farmer’s Branch for a General Contractor/Developer for the storage of equipment; 3) a refrigerated warehouse/flex space with dock-high docks for a wine distributor; 4) a warehouse for a linen supply company; 5) a 7000 square foot office in Houston for an expanding Dallas-based insurance company.; and 6) a 2500 square foot restaurant space in Dallas.

Attorneys: In 1999, Brooks was licensed to practice law in Texas and he has been continuously licensed since then. In 2001, Bradley was licensed to practice law in Texas and he has been continuously licensed since then. As attorneys, we have reviewed hundreds of leases for clients over the last 20+ years. Our combined experience as licensed attorneys will simplify and expedite any required lease and/or document review.

Local Businessman: We have been tenants under various commercial leases since 2005. In 2005, our law firm Anderson & Anderson, LLP signed a lease at 2810 Greenville Avenue and is now operating under a different lease at 4131 N. Central Expressway. In 2008, our wine bar Veritas Wine Room signed a lease on Henderson Avenue. In 2012, our French bistro Boulevardier signed a lease in the Bishop Arts Distric. In 2015, our Southern bistro Rapscallion signed a lease on Lowest Greenville. In 2019, our neighborhood sports tavern Hillside Tavern signed a lease at Mockingbird and Abrams.

Each of these businesses operates under a commercial lease with a different landlord, and over the years we have worked through numerous lease issues with our various landlords. Accordingly, we have tremendous experience dealing directly with landlords in terms of signing leases and opening businesses and then maintaining these businesses over the years. This valuable experience helps us to understand how to negotiate leases in a way that is tremendously beneficial to our clients.

Landlord: Additionally, our family has owned multiple residential properties in Texas and California for which we are the landlords.
