Usually after Halloween, the market slows down a bit for the family holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas. Not seeing that this year! Market still has many players with many agendas! Call me! I can help!

This past weekend was the kind of weather weekend that Realtor's have been waiting for this year! I fully expect more properties will go under contract than get listed! Inventory should start getting lower! Prices should stabilize this month!

I was talking to a builder's framer last week, the need to find alternative materials for housing. Container homes maybe coming soon to offer new housing under 300k.
