Last Saturday, we had almost 10 new people, in person and on-line, in the ELDOA workout. Some were new not just to Legacy, but to ELDOA, which was exciting. We are so happy to have all of you as a part of the Legacy community. It means the world to us.

January 14TH - NO Saturday workout

January 21st - 9:30-10:30 am. Circulatory & Respiratory Workout. If you've not done this workout, it is a challenge in a good way!

10:45- 12:45 pm CLIENT SAUNA TUTORIAL. This Tutorial enhances your sauna knowledge and experience.
The first part is a classroom setting and the bulk of the course is spent in the sauna.
How to Sauna, Hydration, Essential Oils - Scott and I will be teaching.
