In these times please remember exercise can help with both your mental and physical health. If you don’t want to do extreme fitness, play a sport, run, just walk. If you can do this outdoors great, if not walk in a mall, walk inside your house, or just walk in place. If you can’t be on your feet use your arms. Raising your arms over your head works your cardiovascular system. If you need more resistance add weights. If you do not have weights used cans in your pantry. Fill up an empty milk jug with water until you have a workable weight.
The main thing moving your body at least 3 times a week 3 days a week.

Did you workout today? Believe it or not taking care of yourself includes exercise. Take good care of yourself. My oldest brother once told me if he knew he was going to live so long he would have taken better care of his self.
