Tony graduated from the The University of Edinburgh where he wrote a dissertation about “Long-Distance Running Races: The Use of Experiences as Self-Concept Constructs.” The trio dissects what that actually means - specifically why runners run - and his approach to his research. A lot of the discussion centers around this idea of experience, and since we are all in lockdown our concept of experience is changing all the time. They also share some insider tips on how to get into the industry and tales of some international travels.
