As we begin a new work week we will see hotter 🥵 temperatures. We want to remind everyone of the dangers of heat related illnesses.
Heat related illnesses can range from heat rash to heat stroke. These are true medical emergencies and if you or a coworker is experience any of the signs and symptoms of a heat related illnesses, you must seek medical attention as soon as possible.
Remember prevention is key.
- Stay hydrated
- Wear proper clothing
- Provide shade and allow for rest periods.
- Follow a healthy diet.
