We've identified intermittent errors when processing to one of our processing partners’ hosts. Your merchants may be experiencing an interruption in payment processing services to TSYS.

We are investigating with our partners at TSYS to determine the cause and scope of the interruption. We hope to have a resolution for you shortly and will provide updates on our progress.

Additionally, we are seeing instances where the batch is closed prematurely at TSYS, which could prevent the addition of tips.

Please understand we are most likely experiencing higher-than-usual call volume and will do our best to keep you informed.
