I thought I didn’t like whole wheat bread…
Turns out, I just never had it like this.
Two slices.
And my body said,
“we’re good.”

Tried the viral 2-ingredient Japanese yogurt no-bake cheesecake.
Then tried it again… my way.

One version kept it simple.
The other got vanilla bean, a little powdered sugar, and cream cheese.
Both are in the fridge softening
