The classes are small, beginner friendly and at your own pace, this is NOT an intense workout class!

I think we've had every weather pattern in March and I know Texans any air below 70 means it's cold outside lol!
Sunday- TBD AM check the schedule
Monday/Wednesday Dallas/N. Oak Cliff (Kidd Springs) if the courts are taken we exercise at the field, 7-8pm
Tuesday/Thursday Denton (Eureka/Southlakes or Briercliff Park near Buc-ee's) 7-8pm
Saturday- TBD AM check the schedule
Week 2 starts April 12-18
