It was a lot of fun and I definitely enjoyed working private events and helping people make special moments to be shared with their friends and family, but in doing so I had to give up nights, weekends, and holidays, missing too many moments with my own family. I am excited about my next chapter though, helping other families by using life insurance to protect their mortgage when tragedy strikes. Hi! My name is Tim and I am the owner of Golden Palate. I have been in the Service Industry for 30 years since my 1st job as a busboy. 20 years ago I became a bartender and since have had the pleasure of working with some of Dallas's top bartenders. In 2014, it became apparent that there was a
considerable drop in standards and the quality of ingredients in Private Event Bartending versus the fun and exciting things that were happening in local craft cocktail bars. I decided this didn’t need to be the
case and jumped into the Event Bartending Industry. Since 2014, I have personally worked on almost
600 events, from large weddings to small house parties. What has always driven me is not just making drinks, but rather making people happy. My goal for every event is not to satisfy, but leave a lasting impression and create a memorable experience.
