Lonon of Dallas College and Todd Williams from The Commit Partnership discuss how Dallas County is strengthening pathways from education to living-wage careers through partnership, policy, and student-centered innovation. The two leaders also discuss the Dallas County Promise, dual credit expansion, employer engagement, and the region’s goal to double living-wage attainment by 2040.
