Over the next couple of weeks, I’m going to be covering different causes of painful s*x for women.

One thing I hate to hear from my patients is that s*x has ALWAYS been painful. While some conditions are chronic, there are things we can do and things we can try to implement to improve your s*x life.

Yesterday, some of my dearest friends surprised me with a belated brunch celebrating my graduation, and getting my dream job (thanks COVID).

We have all felt this way, am I right?

Infertility, PMS, endometriosis, PCOS, irregular periods, miscarriages, painful in*******se, fibroids, etc.

Sometimes, it seems like the list is ENDLESS.

I’m here to remind you, we are in this together. It can be easy to compare our journey to someone else’s, but we have to remind ourselves (and each other), that our story is our own. As much as it may suck, and we wished it wasn’t, it is. And we need to wear our bruises and tears as badges of honor, so remember how strong we are when we get to the finish line.
