Some of you may wonder why I have taken such a keen interest in neurology as a chiropractor. Well for one, I have had great people to mentor me and guide me. But secondly, neurological rehabilitation is a massively important tool for helping people change their brains. Our brains at the age of 16 are much different than our brains now. The idea that the brain doesn’t change is now known to be false and with specific and direct stimulation to certain areas of the brain, we have the ability to teach people to walk again, teach people to recover from depression and anxiety and help people overcome many neurologically based obstacles!
