📣 Attention In-State Brewers and Brewpubs! Starting Sept. 1, 2023, it's crucial to display ABV on all malt beverages registered before Sept. 1, 2021, and still in distribution. Additionally, each product requires an approved COLA from the U.S. Alcohol and To***co Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) on file with TABC.

📝 If your malt beverages lack TTB COLA with TABC:

✅ Update labels with ABV info.
📋 Obtain TTB COLA for each product.
📑 Submit new registration via Alcohol Industry Management System (AIMS).
