Congrats to my first time buyers!!

This experience was a roller coaster for them but the end result was a win

• We started with resales and quickly moved to new builds to get them exactly what they were looking for without settling
• Had to shift gears due to a lender change and negotiate with a builder’s lender to get the numbers we wanted
• Negotiate with the builder yet again when the appraisal came back so that they didn’t overpay
• Walk buyers through blue tape inspection and request of repairs from builder

For anybody who thinks you don’t need a REALTOR® to buy a new build, please think again. There’s plenty of ways a contract can favor the builder and plenty that arises throughout but with the right agent you can stay ahead and ask the right questions. 💪🏽
