Good afternoon Everyone,
Just a couple of updates:
1) There will not be an EXCELR8 Group Training Session held on Sunday, March 29th.
2) On the following Sunday, April 5th, group training will be 2 hours long. Time Trials scheduled for Sunday, March 29th will be held from 6-7pm on Sunday, April 5th. Regular group training class will be held from 7-8pm following Time Trials.

Good evening Everyone,
Below are the daily drills for your athlete(s) to ensure they are working on their form throughout the week.
2-minute Drill Set
==============
• Toe Bounces
• High Knees
• Butt Kicks
• Moving Butt Kicks
(15 seconds per movement x 2 sets. 2-minute drills should be done barefoot on carpet or in socks on hardwood or tile)
1-minute Arm Swing Drills
====================
• In Front of a Mirror
• Shoulders relaxed
• Arms remain bent
• Thumbs straight and aligned with forearm
• Smooth easy swings with elbow guiding the movement
• Swing both arms together for 30 seconds then alternate arm swings for 30 seconds
