I set a goal in 2017 to be different. Anything that made me comfortable, I've challenged.

I used to sleep in, I wake up @ 5:00am everyday. A corporate job, I left to pursue a career where I control my success based on the value I bring to the marketplace. I couldn't stare into the abyss and let someone else dictate my growth.

I also endeavored to challenged any sense of entitlement a college degree may have bought me. I've come to believe in most situations this has robbed people of their ability to pursue their dreams.

Does this make me any better than anyone? Not at all. I've honestly put myself in a situation where I'm extremely uncomfortable. It's a very humbling place. I've never been here mentally, but I'm learning to love it because no one has ever done their best work in comfort.

I HOPE YOU GROW THIS WEEK! Out work the work.

What up family!

Forgive me for the lack of posting. Building a community and a personal brand requires consistency. I've lacked that on facebook and Instagram the last few weeks.

I've been presented with a new challenge, in the same space. In the trenches on a daily basis. I love it.

I hope this last quarter of the year is super productive for everyone. I'm looking for more ways to bring valuable content to the table. So be on the look out for that!

In the mean time, check out the latest market stats for Dallas county.

Love!

Good morning family!

One of my favorite sales people, Ryan Serhant, wrote a book and I read it, actually I listened to it (S/O Audible).

The book was filled with insights into his career and the Serhant way, basically how he's developed himself into one of the most recognized names in sales.

The most impactful concept he mentioned was ENDURANCE.

Anyone who has ever been any good at anything put a lot of time and effort into it, sometimes with out seeing the reward.

It was just a stark reminder that it's all about the process. Eventually the accolades comes, the paychecks come, time freedom comes, but not without learning how to be steadfast and consistent through real adversity.

Keep Going!

Are Frisco, McKinney and Allen the country's best real estate markets? 09/06/2018

I generally try to stay away from posting too much real estate news. Generally, people don't take the time to read it unless they own property or work daily in the industry. But this was too interesting to pass up, and it may provide some optimism.

The metroplex has 5 of the top 10 best real estate markets in the country!

The data set they used to come to this conclusion ranges from median home price appreciation, to home sales, to job growth.

With that being said, keep striving for growth everyday. Own some real estate in the metroplex when you can.
