Leadership is about more than titles. It’s about creating opportunities for others to grow, connect, and thrive.

This week’s recognizes Timothy Wilson, MA, President-Elect of NAHSE Dallas-Fort Worth and Head of Program Integrity at Parkland Community Health Plan.

Timothy believes leadership development changes lives. Throughout his career, others helped him see possibilities beyond what he could imagine for himself, and today, he is committed to paying that investment forward through mentorship, advocacy, and service.

As we continue recognizing the incredible men serving on our board during Men’s Health Month, we’re especially excited that Timothy will serve as moderator for our upcoming Barbershop Talk: Men’s Health Edition.

Conversations around men’s health, prevention, community, and connection matter; and leaders like Timothy help create the spaces where those conversations can happen openly and authentically.

Thank you, Timothy, for your commitment to developing leaders, strengthening communities, and helping others play to win.
