Understanding the law allows you to use it to your advantage.
Let me explain,
When sending disputes to the creditors and credit bureaus your verbiage and approach matter. Understanding all of your laws as a consumer will allow you to form a dispute letter with facts and knowledge to have a better chance of removal.
We have the ability to form our disputes based off of “factual disputing” and “consumer law” which allows our team to make the best possible outcome for our clients.
We also have filed a complaint with the CFPB (consumer financial protection bureau) and the BBB (better Business Bureau) for maximum results & this was the result.

If you’re currently enrolled in a credit repair program and scores/overall credit profile are NOT improving ask yourself these questions.
1. How many revolving tradelines/ credit card(s) do you have opened?
2. What is the current utilization on your revolving tradelines/ credit card(s)?
3. Are you continuously applying for credit?
4. Are you late on any opened accounts?
5. Did you recently pay off a collection or charge off account that was not medical?
I will also say:
Seeing results right out the gate could definitely be a RED FLAG. Time, patience and consistency will get you the results you desire. It’s always the Credit repair companies that are removing a handful of accounts right from the get-go (30-60 days) and scores are significantly improving quickly that you need to question their method of approach.
This could mean the CRO is using the “verification” and “fraudulent” method. This method can be misleading for the consumer. Why you ask? Using this approach means the credit bureaus will remove the account while they do their “investigation. “ You then think you have a victory simply because you see the account(s) removed and scores increase, but don’t worry the minute the “investigation” is over the account(s) will re-appear and scores significantly drop. If there’s not enough evidence to back up this type of dispute method, the account will absolutely reappear. The majority of credit repair organizations use this method. You’ll praise them in the beginning, but it will be your problem later down the road when these accounts are added back and scores drop.
We us the “consumer law” and “factual disputing” method. I go straight for the throat when sending these disputes.
Quit looking for quick overnight results, and trust the process. While I have cleaned a complete credit report in less than 120 days many times, that’s not the case with every profile and the majority we come across.
If your credit specialist is answering every call, educating you monthly, helping you rebuild and being very transparent about the process stop jumping from company to company.

The number one question I get asked when first connecting with a client is, “Can you get me into the 700’s?” ABSOLUTELY, but it definitely requires technique, patience and more importantly consistency.
700’s is earned by understanding how credit moves and ultimately how you’re “looked at” as a consumer.
This is the formula:
❗️Having a strong balance of reporting revolving tradelines reflecting 10% or less at all given times.
❗️Keeping accounts open and current to ensure age of credit is only growing. (This mostly applies to revolving tradelines/credit cards) simply because revolving tradelines are made to stay open not close.
❗️On-time payments on all reporting tradelines.
❗️No derogatory or delinquent accounts.

This update was definitely my favorite update today.
The first couple of dispute rounds we didn’t achieve what we both hoped for. Not every month or dispute round will you have excellent results.
I encouraged this client to stick with me and trust the process.
While credit repair can be tricky, bring lots of unknowns and comes with patience I knew before too long the wait would pay off.
This particular client has remained focused, answered every call/message from our team and took all the advice and education they learned and ran with it.
I’m so glad you stayed positive and trusted my program.
We still have some work, but for now I’ll see this as a victory.☺️
