Yesterday’s somatic breathing + creative integration workshop was such a meaningful experience.

Participants gathered as strangers and left feeling more connected - to themselves and each other. Through somatic breathing, creative expression, and a grounding sound bath, space was created for release, reflection, and connection.


And the artwork they created? Absolutely beautiful.

As we move closer to our New Moon gathering, I wanted to reach out with a gentle note…

This experience is beginning to fill, and we now have just a few spaces remaining for this intimate, 4-hour workshop at My Chakra Center.

Co-facilitated with Lauren Cureton of BuDhaGirl, this will be our first somatic breathwork experience - designed as a deeply supportive space to release, reset, and reconnect.

Held in the days leading into the New Moon, this is a powerful time to let go of what’s been building and create space for what’s ready to emerge.

Together, we’ll move through a carefully guided experience:

A grounding meditation to arrive fully in your body

Intention setting aligned with the New Moon

A full somatic breathwork session for deep emotional release
✨
Time for tea, nourishment, and quiet reflection
✨
A creative integration process, where you’ll create a layered, symbolic mandala to anchor your experience
✨
A closing meditation and crystal bowl sound bath to integrate and restore
✨
