Something special is coming tomorrow. The eight limbs of yoga can be understood as a gentle unfolding into wholeness. They begin with living with kindness and integrity toward others, and caring for your own inner life with awareness and intention. From there, yoga moves through the body with posture, and through the breath as a bridge between body and mind. As attention deepens, the senses naturally turn inward, allowing the mind to become more focused, then more still. In that stillness, meditation arises, and with it, a sense of connection that dissolves the feeling of separation, what remains is a quiet awareness, whole and undivided.
