When the people on our job sites go home safe, whole families and entire communities feel it. That's why we launched Frontliners at our ORD site. This program is built around leadership, mental wellness and a culture that protects not just our workers, but the communities they belong to.

The response from our crews on launch day:
"I can't believe a program like this exists. I wish it had been there when I needed it most."
"Are we on Candid Camera? Am I dreaming? No one has ever talked to us like this before."

We have a lot to learn from the people who build alongside us every day. Frontliners is our commitment to showing up for them the way they show up for us. Learn about our commitment to safety: https://www.compassdatacenters.com/frontline-leadership-program/

Please join us in honoring our Frontliners of the Month — three individuals who represent the very best of Compass Datacenters' culture of safety, humility and continuous growth.

🏆 Arturo stepped up as a leader the moment he was introduced to the Frontliner program, not by keeping it to himself, but by bringing his entire crew through Frontliner Huddles until every one of them had the opportunity to grow. His instinct to lift others is exactly what this program is built on.

🏆 Adham, 26 years old and already a standout, demonstrated extraordinary courage after a near-miss on his team. Rather than move on, he leaned in by studying procedures, breaking down language barriers and ultimately standing before more than 100 workers to share a personal electrical incident and take honest ownership of a misjudgment. It was emotional. The room listened. And shortly after, he won the Safety Week challenge on Stop Work Authority. Acknowledging your own mistakes isn't weakness — it's one of the strongest things a person can do.

🏆 Tim exemplifies humble, servant leadership. He proactively shares work processes and safety practices with new team members, opens up about lessons learned and approaches every day as an opportunity to learn from the people around him. His dedication to teamwork and safety culture is felt across the entire project.

Congratulations, Arturo, Adham and Tim. We are thrilled to work alongside you.
