What role should architects and designers play in leading a project?
Architecture today requires more than creativity. It requires leadership — guiding projects, coordinating teams, navigating complexity, and ensuring that a vision becomes a successful build.
During Women’s History Month, I’ve also been reflecting on the growth it takes to step into leadership roles in industries like architecture and construction.
Over the years, I’ve learned that the most successful projects happen when designers embrace both sides of the profession — creative vision and strategic leadership.
