Congrats to Exeter Property Group for expanding their industrial portfolio with the acquisition of a 280,653 square foot project from a developer in San Antonio, Texas! Building One, comprised of 207,492 square feet, was completed in Q4 of 2020. Building Two, comprised of 73,161 square feet, was completed in Q1 of 2021. These unique buildings will serve the fast-growing eastern San Antonio market and can accommodate a single or multi-tenant use. Daniel Miller and Witt Westbrook of Cantera Real Estate Group, Rubicon Representation’s Capital Markets Division, represented Exeter Property Group to acquire the portfolio.
