NOTICE is hereby given of the PACE (Program for Argyle Community Engagement) Public Input Meeting for a Planned Development with mixed-use on approximately 190 acres of land located on the west side of I-35 and south side of Robson Ranch Road (generally known as the Heritage Tract), beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at Argyle Town Hall, located at 308 Denton Street E, Argyle, Texas.

Citizens are invited to meet with the developer and their consultants on the proposed project. The site will need to be rezoned to allow the proposed project. The developer has not made any formal submittal at the time of requesting the PACE meeting.
