What a great kickoff to Father’s Day weekend with Sauces and Italian Dipping Oil Tasting!!
Chef tip for dipping bread…add fresh squeezed lime and shredded Parmesan to the dipping oil on the plate. For the tomato sauces add Chablis only white wine to the sauce while heating it.
Sauces are available now in 5 flavors at Jimmy’s and at Gorji. Call for your dinner reservations for Gorji Thursdays through Saturdays. It’s always fun with Gorji at the table!
Gorjious Food and Happenings with Chef Gorji in June! The 4 course 39th Texas Anniversary Senku Wagyu dinner is being extended through out the Month of June.
This week, Copper River Sockeye Salmon is here also and will rotate on the 3 and 4 course prix fixe menu while it is available. Menu for June 11-13 is on our website now.
We sat down with Chef Gorji to ask him what other things he is excited to welcome and cook with in June.
🗓️🥘Gorji is doing a demo the day before Father’s Day, June 20 from 11 am-2pm at Jimmy’s Food Store. The sauces are available at Gorji and Jimmy’s. He will be doing a tasting of the four products: Gorji Gourmet Pomodoro Sauce, Arrabiata Diavolo Sauce, Olive Oil Dipping Marinade and Pomegranate Vinaigrette.
