Last year was rewarding, yet one of the most challenging years of my life. If you know me, you know. Despite the wins and blessings, there were also major losses. From those lessons—aka blessings—I realized that staying in a place that no longer serves you is the real loss.

It’s easy to focus so much on what you’ve lost that you ignore your wins and end up giving your attention and energy to a frequency that doesn’t align with your desired reality or destiny.

This year, I decided to focus on the wins and what truly works for me. It’s only an “L” if I choose to view it that way. Honestly, there’s no winning or losing in life—just frequency. What’s important is finding joy in every moment, because life is simply what you make it.

On the advice of a great friend, in December I wrote down everything I decided to release, read it aloud by the ocean, and let it go there.
