Our limited-time Thai Boat Noodles are rich, bold, deeply comforting, and packed with the kind of flavor you don’t forget. The broth is layered, savory, slightly spicy, and tastes like something you’d find at a street stall in Thailand. 🇹🇭

This is the kind of dish that makes you close your eyes after the first bite. 👀✨

Available for a limited time at our Asian Minted Forest Lane location only — so come get your fix before they’re gone. 🥢

What an honor it was to celebrate AAPI Month on WFAA Daybreak today ☀️🇹🇭✨

Thank you to the entire news team for welcoming me so warmly and giving me the opportunity to share a small piece of Thai culture, food, and tradition with your audience. 💚

Getting to roll summer rolls with Dia Wall and Matt Howerton was such a fun experience, and I’m so grateful for the kindness, energy, and support from everyone behind the scenes. 🙏

Moments like this remind me how powerful food can be in bringing people together across cultures and communities. 🇹🇭🥢

Thank you for helping share our stories.

Don’t hate me, but… 👀
This is why restaurant Thai food tastes better 🇹🇭✨

A lot of home cooks are using the wrong ingredients, wrong sauces, and wrong techniques without realizing it.

Here are a few things Thai restaurants do differently:
• They use REAL fish sauce for depth of flavor
• Coconut cream and coconut milk are NOT the same thing
• Thai food should be balanced: salty, sweet, sour, spicy
• Fresh aromatics matter WAY more than powdered seasonings
• High heat cooking changes everything 🔥
• The brand of curry paste actually matters
• Jasmine rice makes a huge difference
• Most bottled “Pad Thai sauce” doesn’t taste authentic 👀

The good news? You can absolutely make Thai food taste restaurant quality at home once you know what to buy 🙌

I made a FREE Thai Pantry List with my favorite sauces, curry pastes, noodles, staples, and must-have ingredients so you stop wasting money on the wrong products.

Trying the new smooth chili sauce from MegaChef 🌶️👀

It’s sweet, tangy, smooth, and honestly gives a more restaurant-style dipping sauce vibe. Perfect with spring rolls, dumplings, fried chicken, or drizzled over rice bowls.

Thai sauces all taste a little different depending on the brand… and this one surprised me. 👏🇹🇭

Would you try it? 👀
