Meet Kira Hartgrove, our Retail Associate& Affiliate Manager at Peace Love Mahjong 💕

Kira brings such a thoughtful, welcoming presence to the shop — helping customers feel comfortable, confident, and excited about learning and playing mahjong.

She’s a UT Austin grad with a BA in Psychology and holds a master’s in Counseling Psychology from Texas State. She’s also a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist ✨

Kira is mom to her two teenage girls, Luna and Belle, and dog mom to Goldie 🐾 (and fun fact… her girls beat her regularly at mahjong 🤪)

Her go-to order? A flat white or a seasonal hot latte from White Rock Coffee!

Her favorite PLM product? The Taylor Swift tiles 🪩🩷

Laura supports both the shop and the warehouse, helping wherever she’s needed to keep things running smoothly and our customers taken care of.

A Fine Arts major from Louisiana Tech University, she’s wife to James, mom to triplets - Jack (24), Sam (24), Ben (24), Susannah (19), and Caroline (14), and dog mom to Sadie and Pippin 🐾

Her go-to coffee order? A Caramel Macchiato from Starbucks ☕️

Her favorite PLM piece? The peacock carryall — equal parts beautiful and practical ✨

When she’s not at PLM, she’s teaching a class of sweet three-year-olds at CCDC 💗

We had the BEST time hosting this adorable group from LHE this weekend — bracelets were made, mahjong tiles were flying, and the dance floor definitely made an appearance!

There is truly nothing sweeter than opening our space up for local schools and watching these girls laugh, connect, and make memories together. It means so much to us 🤍

Meet Sarah Houk, our Retail Associate & Donations Coordinator at Peace Love Mahjong 💕

Sarah wears a lot of hats at PLM — from helping customers in the shop to coordinating donations and even jumping in to support the warehouse when needed.

A University of Oklahoma grad (Boomer Sooner! ❤️) with a degree in Journalism, she’s wife to Vince and mom to twins Owen and Emmaline (16).

Her go-to coffee order? A non-fat vanilla latte ☕️
