I’m getting comfortable painting 🙂. Check out this awesome Surfing Stitch piece I made. It took quite some time and It made my heart so happy the more I painted.

Welcome to the world beautiful walnut shelf ! There is no screws or any sort of metal hanger, all wood 😏 and some glue. I love when I get to try a new technique and sometimes buy a new tool to practice new skills. This project was so nice and is going to compliment something else I built so incredibly.

Did you know I’m a friend of the Lorax and of the trees? Howdy y’all I’m David Reyes, a Dallas native and proud Mexican American. I like the word craftsman but I don’t specialize in just woodworking. I take great pride in all the things I create and build. I’m still getting comfortable with saying I get art commissions but I am an artist in my own way. It’s incredibly satisfying to complete a project and feel like I made something that moves people. When I get an art commission I combine my knowledge in tech and my love for helping business stand out. I’ve been an IT professional the last 10 years going by the alias Brainy Bear ( )? Thanks to your support I continue to be challenged and have opportunities to grow with new experiences. Everything I learn I pass on to our community via a mission driven organization where I would host free and affordable STEAM focused learning workshops.

Artists always innovate, I love getting commissioned by creative people. A quick meeting with awesome ideas ended with a LED LIT sign/businesses card holder/name plate combination. Follow and check out her amazing work.
