We finally got this project finished up!

We rebuilt the front porch stairs, landing, and all railings. Then we caulked and painted the railings and stained the decking.

We also tore down the old 10x12 deck and built a 12x16 deck and stained the entire thing. This stain color came out great!

With spring right around the corner now is the time to take care of the outside of your home.

This customer had a few rotten trim boards so we replaced them all with pvc so they’ll never rot again. Add a little paint and now you’d never know there was a problem!

This customer purchased a new house and had an issue with the handrails not being very sturdy.

We matched the posts and stain and installed 2 additional posts on each side to make the railings more stable so this customer will no longer have to worry about the handrails in their new home!

I haven’t posted much on Facebook lately but here are a couple jobs we’ve done recently.

First, we built about 90’ of fence for this customer to separate her’s and her neighbor’s yard. If you need any fence repairs or small fence jobs done let us know! We can probably beat fence companies on small jobs!

Also, we got to do something a little different than our usual work; We assembled and mounted several large Home Depot style racks along with some smaller shelving units for the US soccer team. We sure could get used to working in a climate controlled warehouse more often!

Here is a project we finished up Saturday at a hair salon that changed owners!

The new owners tore out the old front desk area themselves and found that the electric comes up through the concrete floor so we built a wall to contain the electric and incorporate into the new waiting area.

We also cut down another wall and trimmed it out with a shelf area that they can display hair products on!

Bringing two projects together to make for one big change for this repeat customer!

This house had these old, metal windows that leaked. So we replaced them with a single picture window and changed the siding to board and batten along with replacing the old beadboard with T1-11 siding on the inside.

We then removed the small landing at the door and added a 10x12 deck to make better use of the space!

All of it is complete and ready for the owner to paint! They said they may have us back out to stain the deck if they decide against doing it themselves.

We replaced this huge picture window the other day; Needless to say the old one had seen better days. The glass had dropped because the bottom of the window was rotted so bad and it even caused the interior stool to rot.

But this customer will never have to worry about that again because the new window is all PVC. We replaced the rotten piece of stool and touched up paint so now this customer is good to go!

A project we completed this week.

We basically rebuilt the entire bay as pretty much everything was rotten. The customer wanted smaller windows so we went with vinyl windows, along with concrete siding and PVC trim so this customer never has to worry about anything rotting here again.

We also pieced in the sheetrock and trimmed out the inside of the new windows.

Now it’s ready for the owner to paint and put new lights up!

We’ve been so busy lately I haven’t had time to post any work recently.

So here is another deck refresher we just completed along with replacing the landscape timbers around the rock walkway.

The weather is getting nice now, so let’s get those home improvement projects done!

Been so busy I haven’t bothered to post on here; but, we finally got back around to painting and staining the deck we re did the decking and railings on a few weeks ago after letting the new wood dry out. We caulked all the railings and painted them along with staining the decking!
