SGT is pleased to announce a Dallas County jury found for our client after a short trial in the Hon. Dianne K. Jones’ court. The jury found SGT’s client, Brent Brigham, was fired the day he complained about race discrimination to Monte Martin, Inc.’s owner, Monte Martin. The jury awarded our client every penny of his back wages, plus $25,000 in compensatory damages in the past and $30,000 in compensatory damages in the future.
