As June is Pride Month, we look back to the first-ever Gay Pride march in Dallas, on June 24, 1972. Head's up Nic Cage - the Library's Declaration has left the building!

If you're planning to attend the FIFA Fan Festival at Fair Park, you will have the opportunity to view a local treasure: a rare, 250-year-old original copy of the Declaration of Independence. As part of the "Declarations: America and Texas" exhibition at the Hall of State, it will be on display from June 15 to July 17.
