Achieving your goals isn’t a race. Be patient, pay attention to details, and work hard with whatever it is.
Losing weight. Lose it slow creating good habits and life style changes and the weight will stay off.
Getting back shape. Listen to your body. Push when you can and take breaks when you need them. If you push to hard without rest you won’t achieve anything but frustration.
Make weekly short term goals. Celebrate at the end of the week your accomplishments. Then set another short goal for the next week.
Good things will happen! Believe in yourself!
