🍂✨ It’s , y’all — and fall is officially in the kitchen! 🎃💛
We’re bakin’ up my Pumpkin Bread Pudding — soft, spiced, and worth every calorie.

Here’s how to make it 👇🏾

Ingredients
🍞 1 lb brioche bread (cubed + lightly toasted)
🥛 2 cups half & half
🍬 ¾ cup white sugar
🍬 ¾ cup brown sugar
🎃 ½ cup pumpkin purée
🥚 5 eggs
🌿 1 tsp each nutmeg, ginger & cinnamon
🍨 1 tsp vanilla extract

Caramel Sauce
🧈 ½ cup butter
🍯 ½ cup brown sugar
🥛 ⅓ cup heavy cream
🥃 3 Tbsp salted caramel whiskey (optional)
✨ Dash of salt + 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
1️⃣ Toast brioche cubes @ 300°F for 10–15 min.
2️⃣ Whisk half & half, sugars, pumpkin, eggs, spices + vanilla.
3️⃣ Pour ¾ custard over bread, let soak 10 min, add rest.
4️⃣ Bake @ 375°F for 1 hr (until knife comes out clean).
5️⃣ For sauce: melt butter + brown sugar, add cream, then whiskey & vanilla. Pour warm over pudding and serve!
