Spreading the Warmth

I was so touched by Mary Martin Cochran’s kindness this morning. She greeted me at her church in Talihena, Oklahoma with this N**i resistance hat she had crocheted for me. Mary has already contributed so many beautiful pieces to our organization; we are so great for her!

Our wonderful Cornerstone Kitchen representative Patsy Meier just sent this picture of a very grateful homeless scarf and hat recipient standing with all her worldly possessions. She loved the purple!
We gave 60 scarves and hats to the soup kitchen this past week.
