3 months with the barbell today and I hit a front squat PR of 115lbs 🥳
Also here's my backsquat PR at 140lbs from a couple weeks ago
I absolutely love this new life of self love and weight lifting.
Recently I've had some people at work telling me how much they love to see what I'm up to in the gym. I feel more amazing than ever. Cheers to being a strong capable woman.
