God doesn’t call the qualified. He qualifies the called.

The context of this statement lies in (1 Corinthians 1:27-29) and has plagued me for much of my early 20’s.

Many men today ages 23-35 identify with the idea of some hidden talent or calling that has unmeasurable potential to change their lives & that of their families... but only if they could just figure out what it is.

I know what it feels like to be broken mentally, financially, relationally...the whole 9. After 2 failed su***de attempts a laundry list of failed relationships, multiple partners & more, in 2019 I began rebuilding.

I believe the wholeness that a man seeks must first come from a personal relationship with Christ. Secondly his direction in correlation to his duty. For men being able to find gratifying work, leaving themhim fulfilled & excited to get out the bed in the morning is huge.
