Our president, John Kiker said it best.

“This year, Juneteenth falls squarely in the middle of the week. Because of the oddity of having a day off that bridges the two ends of the week, it’s a bit serendipitous that we can pause our day-to-day and reflect on the significance of what’s being observed.

On the surface, Juneteenth represents an important milestone in our history - one of emancipation. Digging further, the long struggle (led by Texas’ own Opal Lee) to have Juneteenth recognized as a federal holiday parallels the reality that our march towards a shared sense of true dignity and equality as a country has been a long one filled with struggle, setbacks, accomplishment, and the recognition that we still have a long road to get where we should all want to go.

I hope we all have the chance to take some time - a few moments, hours, or even the better part of the day, to reflect and ask ourselves what we as individuals can do to be part of the solution.”

A few weeks ago, our president, , threw out the first pitch at a game. We showed up to support him on the mound — and he delivered. It was a good reminder of how lucky we are to work in an industry where we get this kind of opportunity to support our agency team and leaders — both on and off the field ⚾️

Last week, our Tulsa crew attended Graphex, a regional design competition put on by the Art Directors Club Tulsa .

We received four honorable mentions in the environmental, print, multimedia and self-promotion categories for our work on the and campaigns!
