Amon Amarth needed a Hel. Half skull, half goddess, shown on the massive screen behind the band while they played, looking down on all of them, summoned from the underworld during “Hermod’s Ride To Hel”.
The thing I keep coming back to: they could have generated an AI video for this in ten minutes. Instead, they hired a human and put me on a giant screen in front of thousands of people. That means something, both personally and for human artists broadly.
