Sometimes, my clients prefer to list off-market for privacy reasons. Even though private listings don't get as many views or reach as many people as a property listed on the MLS, some of my clients still choose this option. The reasons can vary from tight showing availability all the way to simple preference. Whatever the reason, this is always a path I am happy to walk with my clients.
