The sudden realization that I can walk a 20min mile. 🤯🥳
That may not sound like much to a LOT of people. But consider this: 2024 I couldn't walk 1/4 mile without stopping 3-4 times!
Now I can walk 1.5mi in 30min without stopping ONCE. (I don't. I stop a couple times for water but only long enough to drink.)
You don't have to be better than ANYONE, except yourself from yesterday. Keep Improving. Keep Going.

For Christmas I bought myself another Fitbit (I had one back in 2022 but it stopped charging)
I've been focusing on hitting 3 miles a day. The Fitbit arrived on Dec 23 (hence the partial data that day and none before it). Days I had off work (Dec 25 & 28, and Jan 1) I didn't hit my goal 🤔 and then Sat Jan 3 I woke up sick as hell. --Still AM sick but better than I was. (I'll post this week's on Saturday night.)
Ok so I didn't even make it the first day 🤣 I've got a major headache, probably from the lack of sugar and carbs. The only solid food I've had is a meat stick and cheese stick for 190 cal. And then like 6 slices of lunch meat for about 180 Cal. I don't remember tbh. Other than that all I've had is the Boost High Protein drinks and water

I tend to wear Men's shirts because (as you can see below) the sizing of women's clothing is ridiculous.. I'd have to get a 4X in women's sizing to get even CLOSE to the same measurement as a 2X men's and it's STILL smaller. Plus I dislike the cut of women's shirts anyway. They tend to be shorter in overall length and the sleeves are always cut to be basically up in your armpits.
