This is something truly special.

For years, I’ve worked in underserved communities and have seen firsthand how difficult it can be for developers, builders, and business owners to gain access to aligned capital for transformative projects.

That’s why I’m excited to strategically partner with Winners Regional Center — one of the nation’s few African-American-led EB-5 Regional Centers rooted right here in South Dallas.

This is bigger than one project.

This is about creating access.
Creating partnerships.
Creating opportunity.
And helping connect impactful community-centered development projects with global investment opportunities.

I personally have not witnessed anything like this at this level within our own communities, and I believe this has the potential to become a game changer for development across underserved communities throughout Texas.
