📚 The More You Know
Ever wonder how behavior analysts make sure they're measuring behavior accurately? That's where Interobserver Agreement (IOA) comes in!
IOA happens when two or more trained observers independently record the same behavior and then compare their results. The closer their observations match, the more confidence we have that the data is accurate, consistent, and reliable.
