We survived the first Monday of 2026 — and that alone is worth celebrating!

My word for this year is INTENTIONAL.

I’m choosing to be intentional in every area of my life:

• Faith — Re-establishing my relationship with God through study, prayer, and fasting.
• Family — Healing through love, forgiveness, and honest communication.
• Focus — Being unapologetic about putting myself first, prioritizing self-care, my passions, my business, and stepping boldly into my next chapter.

As we begin this year walking in purpose and trusting God for what’s ahead, I want to encourage each of my cherished family, friends, and clients to prepare for your next chapter — mentally, spiritually, and practically.

Let’s be INTENTIONAL about growth, alignment, and celebrating even the small victories along the way.
