☀️ We’re here—the end-ish of May.

Everyone’s in a good mood, the days are longer, and there’s this collective sigh of finally.

But if you’ve done a few summers as a parent, you know how fast that vibe can shift.

By week two, the screens are back on.

The “I’m bored” comments kick in.

You’re trying to work—or just function—while stepping over half-finished snacks and asking the same things on repeat:

“Did you unload the dishwasher?”
“Can you please clean your room?”

And just like that, the connection starts to slip.

Not because you don’t care.

But because you’re stuck in task mode and trying to hold everything together.

This summer, I’m doing it differently.

Less reacting. More intention.

Not some dreamy, unrealistic version of summer—just something that actually works for our family.
