One thing has remained true as I’ve worked with the emotions of uprooting my life and starting anew in Pittsburgh: I know deep down in my soul that if I’m betting on myself, I will always succeed. Seeing this quote reaffirmed that.​​​​​​​​

I’m thankful to feel this way. Just like so many, I’ve struggled to see and value my own worth at times. And changing your life and location drastically without the tether of a job, family, or friends certainly brings on the self doubts…​​​​​​​​
