Oh no! Another pizza post.

I’m not sure how many times will be available to the public, but I do know that when the chance presents itself you’d be a fool to miss it.

Here are some shots from the pop-up at this last Sunday.

Still crazy to me, some of the best pizza in DFW is coming from a dude who cooks almost exclusively in his home kitchen.

I don’t know if you know, but the Fort Worth location is easily the most family friendly restaurant around. 

You also may not know that , and the entire Zoli’s team have put in countless hours to dial in their 18” NY Style pie. 

Finally, you may think you don’t like the idea of a brunch pizza, I mean hell, I thought I didn’t. But, when you think about it… it’s just the simplest way of eating breakfast. All your favorite things atop an impeccable dough, with a side of syrup for dipping. 

I say all that to say… the 18” pie from Zoli’s is easily one of my favorite currently. I keep specifying the size because it’s important to note that a traditional NY pie is considered the industry standard and something about it just makes it that much better. So I guess…. size does matter. 

If you’re sitting around and thinking about how great it would be to get your feral children out of the house whilst enjoying elite pizza, then I can only suggest you visit the Fort Worth Zoli’s location. 

If you’re kidless and you really just want an incredible pizza, then you can visit Fort Worth or Addison.

Oh yeah, and the sandwiches are worthy of all the same love.
