This Memorial Day, the 14th Congressional District Republican Party joins communities across Georgia and our nation in honoring the brave men and women of the United States Armed Forces who gave their lives in service to our country.

Memorial Day is a solemn reminder that the freedoms we enjoy as Americans were secured through extraordinary sacrifice.

Across generations, American service members answered the call to defend our nation, protect our Constitution, and preserve the liberties that define the United States of America. Many never returned home.

Today, we remember those heroes with gratitude and humility.

We also recognize the families who carry the weight of that sacrifice every day. Their strength, patriotism, and devotion to our country should never be forgotten.

As Americans gather with family and friends this Memorial Day weekend, we encourage everyone to take time to reflect on the true meaning of this day and honor those who paid the ultimate price for our freedom.
