Billy Bob was standing tied for some much needed grooming, being the good little pony he is, when Bindi wandered over to keep him company.

At first, she gave him a few kisses.

Then Billy Bob decided that if he couldn’t move around, he’d just play with Bindi instead.

What followed was several minutes of Billy Bob gently nibbling at her collar and neck while Bindi stood there completely unfazed, looking like she had accepted this as part of her job description.

“Yep. This is my life. I get licked by pigs, stepped on by goats, and used as a chew toy by ponies.” — says Bindi, probably.

The best part? Neither one of them seemed bothered. No whining, no fussing, no hurt feelings. Just two friends finding a way to entertain themselves while waiting patiently.

These are the moments that make sanctuary life so special—the unexpected friendships, the trust, and the daily reminder that love doesn’t always look the way you expect it to.

Sometimes it looks like a pony using his dog as a fidget spinner. ❤️
